Rape is way worse. Its a class x felony. 6 to 30 years in prison. a manslaughter charge like this is i think a class 4 felony 1 to 3 years in prison. And i have no sympathy for those upstanding looking scholars. Im just imagining if i was in there shoes i would plea out quick to the lesser manslaughter. those guys are probably fuked. probably gonna do at least 20 years depending on what state they are in.
