This includes any accumulation of a 20% ownership stake by anyone anywhere who (at the discretion of the president or secretary of defense) is deemed to be under direct or some form of indirect control of an Adversary nation. The definition of Adversary nation can be modified by declaration or by advice of the secretary of defense.

They will not force sale if the accused website or app comes to an agreement with the US agencies on the control of the content recommendation algorithm and control over the app data sharing.

Any decision on this forces immediate ban, only overturned by the court process under the jurisdiction of DC courts.

If someone wants to appeal the decision that 20% of their shareholders are under indirect control of the CCCP (Adam Schiff has the proof in a folder he cant show anyone), the restrictions or blocking wont be lifted until it is cleared by the DC courts, or subsequent appeals up through the Supreme Court.

If they can spin a story that somehow China, or someone under their 'indirect control', controls 20% of your shareholders they can pull your plug, or take over your recommendation algorithm to prevent the spread of dangerous misinformation. I agree with what you are saying and you are correct on most points. The two party system is an illusion of choice, these politicians you are voting for are put forward by the special interest and it's a lose/lose situation either way. It doesn't matter who you vote for, the outcome will be the same. Decent candidates are silenced and will never win anything, it is pretty clear. I am sure we don't have to go too deep into it as I am sure you understand how corrupt these people are and who actually makes the decisions behind the closed doors.

But you as citizens have to take accountability as well, maybe not you but your countrymen. Change doesn't happen overnight. Over time, special interest bought politicians and the media, forcing a slow and gradual change of laws to benefit themselves to the point where they own everyone and there's hardly a way of changing anything anymore. These politicians were still voted for back in the day, they were put in the office by the people and if the majority of your country are not intelligent enough to do their homework or realise what type of laws they are passing then like I said, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Just think of war in Iraq, millions died and everyone realised shortly after that it was based on a lie.
