Has Dog Culture gotten so bad that some people hate dogs as a result?

I used to love dogs the most growing up but now with every bish shoving her dog down your throat and every millennial and Gen Z taking their unruly dog where it doesn't belong, I am becoming more of a cat person. It is like I almost breathe at the sigh of relief when I realize someone has a cat and not a dog.

Nothing grosses me out more than seeing people walking their hairy, dirty dogs outside and thinking about how those dogs are going to pinch off a turd and then go roll around on their beds and couches.

I also feel bad for those dogs. They're there to feed the selfish desires of low iq people and the dog pays the price by being couped up all day in a cage while the owner goes to work. It's sad. Yet the dog never complains and still is excited to see the cucks when they get home.

They’re getting their dogs registered as service animals (srs). One of my friends did this for their dog because his girlfriend has “anxiety,” which obviously is bullchit but legally qualifies.

Their dog has zero training or any special credentials other than the fact that they went online and filled out a form with NY state. $50 and a paper certificate later, the dog is allowed inside any store.

THEN IT ALL CHANGED and I got a dog. Let me tell you I would do anything for my dog. If he wanted to try and drive my car I’d toss him the keys. Nothing more pure than sitting on the couch watching a movie with your dog late in a Saturday night. My dog listens well, doesn’t jump or bark (never I sometimes forget he can just doesn’t) though. Also he has a weird phobia about pooping anything except his backyard lol. Typical miscer dog.

i hate chitty dog owners more than dogs. Hate stepping in chit at random parks or public grounds, Hate seeing dogs being chained up next to 1-bedroom apartments, barking all day. It's just weird to me any dog can be inside a store

We had 3 dog attacks last year within my circle and I can't imagine how people think this is safe

I too liked dogs.

But people in PL don't think they need training or freedom to roam. In the country they lock them up to a kennel all day as a deterrent, don't give them baths and feed them table scraps. They don't neuter them so not only are they limited to their spot but they're horny and try to hump your leg dare you even try to give them attention.

In the city they just keep them trapped in 25m2 apartments, so they get separation anxiety while their owners are at work and bark, other dogs bark back and there you have it 15-30 minutes of barking.

I'm from the UK and a lot of people own cats. You rarely see cats here as they can't be an accessory.
