Sup' fellas? I'm 35 yo and I decided I'll up my game again, last time I trained hard(6 months) was 13 years ago, since then only light weights for a healthy lifestyle. My caliper has not arrived yet so I thought I would ask here what BF percentage do u guys think I have?
