why do people on dat dare age so much faster?

what is it that makes their face age so much? i have a friend that's been on for about 12 years, competed in some shows but never close to winning...now he looks a good 7-8 years older than his actual age. he had a rather youthful look before albeit slimmer.

you look at 21-22 year old NFLers and they all look to be in their 30's already. i have friends on dat dare and were only bout 35 and they already look late 40's and early 50's

Pretty much this. You'll find hard drug users (meth for example) can look up to 15-20 years older then their age. I've run across girls that started on meth at 18 heavily and by 20-21 you'd assume they are mid 40s.


In general higher levels of testosterone make you look older. Its why boys who enter puberty early with high levels of T grow a ton of hair and look much older then boys that enter puberty late and have lower levels of T.





I've been enhanced around 7 years now I think. Not exactly sure. I still look younger then my age and have great skin. Never ran any hardcore cycles or went on any crazy bulks. Everything in moderation.


For scope I've been lifting 18ish years. Enhanced 7ish years. And I'm only 192lbs. I was about 160lbs when I started lifting. I have buddies my height that ran bigger cycles/bulks. Same height except they hit 230-240lbs. They got aged a lot harder.

I think it has more to do with heavy doses, frog tech style bulking, bad diet, lack of cardio, sleep apnea etc just overall poor health as we know BBing isn't healthy lol

If you take trt dose, cardio, eat right, sleep right, no drugs, etc I think it will make u look younger at some point

Well I'm 36 now and I had no issues dating/smashing girls in the 18-23 range prior to I met my GF. I don't drink alcohol, smoke or use any other drugs. Don't have acne scars/sun damage. Moderate gear use hasn't done much damage to my skin. I've never had anyone even come close to guessing my age. Everyone thinks I'm in my 20s. Again, 36 but I can very much fire up tinder/bumble, put 24 or 25 as my age. And match with a ton of 18-23 year old girls.



Good genetics, life choices and low stress my man. Moderate gear use doesn't age everyone. Most people that age terribly are literally chasing an IFBB pro physique. Health/physique wise I look closer to a 21 year old college athlete. Not a 36 year old brah.

i guess this could make sense if someone low on hormones is basically dosing just enough to get to average levels...so you'd think they wouldn't age any faster than an average person.

Right. Not just normal ranges, but in the upper levels of normal can slow some aging and you can look younger than your peers. Also depends on diet, sleep, less skin damage, etc.. I look about 10 years younger than my peers.

i don't know...i'd need to see a 20 year sample of like 200 dudes that went went from low to upper levels of normal and see how they aged on average.
