Oh damn, this is in my city (St. Louis). only 2 miles away. The road they were on is like a 35 mph road with with stop lights every 3-5 blocks. That guy probably drove through multiple red lights. Not surprising though, lots of people of a specific race in this city ignoring traffic laws, driving cars that shouldn't even be on the road.
