So as the title says, how would you improve Rich Piana's(R.I.P) 8 hour arm workout. I heard it causes rhabdo and other horrible things. So how would you make it better?

I'd cut it down to 20 minutes. 8 minutes for biceps and 12 minutes for triceps. This includes rest time. Ded srs.
Furnishe renal houses in Coffeyville Kasas. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, cable/wifi, all bills paid. Welders, fiters, boilermakers, electricians, inspectors for the refinery, soybea plant, bio diesel plant, pipeline and animal food plant conractors.

Compelled to say, you gotta be stupid dumb to do this
I do it for bros birthdays or something like that that takes a week of week of training away
It works exactly as it should, it would work just as well in 60% of the time
Also, add lat delt and rear delt work ffs
