I find myself in a really difficult situation and could use some serious advice. Recently, I discovered that my best friend is cheating on his girlfriend. I had a friend/ ex-FWB text me one time and tell me her boyfriend was holding her hostage at his apartment and had a knife and was threatening to cut her if she left. I called 911 for that one and he got hauled off.



Cheating wouldn’t even register on my radar though. It’s like taddling on someone for speeding. It’s common and no one cares.
