Delts - 9 sets
Back - 13 sets
Upper legs - 12 sets
Calves - 4 sets
I don't target a given number of reps per set; working off a variation of Viking Bare Bones method of, for instance, 4 sets of heavy rows targeting 32 total reps and increasing weight when it becomes easy vs 4 sets and 8 reps per set
