Yeah I live in SV and the general mood is quite somber. Every tech job is flooded with applicants. Marketing and management has been hit hard. Have a buddy making half a million a year in VR at Meta who was just let go. He's smart af and won't have issues finding a new gig but his rent is $4700/month.
