Being honest though, this house is great. Beautiful inside, comes with in-ground pool and hot tub. Has views of the mountains, and is centrally located. There's no reason at all for this one to sit, besides a rapidly deteriorating housing market.

That house is pretty chit for CA honestly. Flooring/interior is nice, but exterior is pretty meh. Reminds me of my old house actually lol
