They basically have the market cornered for GPUs.
Big tech is investing buttloads of money into LLMs and to train them you need tons of parallel processing, which is what a GPU does best.
It's actually kind of a problem and there needs to be competition otherwise NVIDIA == skynetNo Shampoo crew
