I focus on one screen and utilize the others for technical references. Try not to think of it as trying to multitask, but more so not having to minimize what you are doing to reference a technical document. The other perk is having my outlook calander up at all times which I do with NVIDIA Desktop Manager which allows you to grid your screens pretty much any way you choose.

Think of it as working on one task but having a large desk to lay all your paperwork/notes out onto so you are not laying paper ontop of one another and needed to fish around for anything. You have any idea how nice it is to have two PDF's up in portrait orientation as you do work on one of the landscape screens?

Biggest problem I see is that the monitors are too far away from you, also those cables are kind of a mess. Personally I rock the 3 monitor setup, work laptop, misc laptop, then the big screen behind them raised up. Got another monitor on deck but I never use it.

Ctrl +/- is your friend. Otherwise, you feel like your inside a literal television if everything is too physically close. Also leaves room infront for materials....notebook...soldering iron...assembling something...whatever im doing

it is a island butcher block from home depot that i poly'd and made the legs from 2x6's i painted black
