I managed to do it so it's really just a matter of consistency and following the right diet/training regimen.

For Indians the last place we lose bodyfat is the chest/midsection and in order to really get rid of it requires 10% bodyfat or lower. Most Indians simply don't have the willpower to get to that level so they complain about having fat on their midsection at 11-15%. There's no magic diet that makes things more effective. Certain diets can speed it up but they will be tougher (like PSMF).

My avi required me to cut for 6+ months strictly with lots of cardio and a meticulous diet. Not many will be able to do that.

Basically Pajeets are supposed to look like unless they lift weights. All Pajeets and Pajeetas that don't look like this basically have tons of extra fat on top of this body type to be a normal weight. All Pajeetas and Pajeets that either don't lift weights are either underweight and a normal body fat percentage or a normal weight and an extremely high body fat percentage.

i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. It's not vegetarianism that caused that. As he pointed out, the prevalence of famines in South Asia led to an evolutionary adaptation whereby the population tends to store more fat in their midsection even on a low calorie surplus. Hence, skinny fat or the medical term, "normal weight metabolically obese."

Of course, you can fix that with discipline and effort; that's not the question.

Are you kidding me? They are ugly as fuk. There are some hot ones, as with any race, but it is far and away a statistical aberration.

I honestly feel bad for Indians. A nation with absolutely 0 aesthetics. Ugly faces. Extremely weak and flimsy builds that put on fat very easy. Below average height. Small penors apparently. Unathletic, uncoordinated, and physically weak. Often bald, and with weird balding patterns too on top of it. Just awful. The Indian race has absolute bottom their genetics. Culturally they suck too if not Westernized - very creepy and rapey, and often smell bad. I feel bad for them. I know a few pajeets that are great guys but there is no denying they lost the genetic lottery on average.
