Just wondering if anyone else gets really bad hand cramps during some workouts ie. back and arms, if so anybody know any tricks to prevent this or help deal with it. Not life or death but it very annoying any help much appreciated.

Just use your other hand. Plus, then you can pretend it's a stranger....

just try streching out your hands before u do yur exercises. when i first started that happened to me. your hands will gfro stronger just like the other parts from gripping.
