[this was posted in the 'Post Your Pictures Section already, im looking for more feedback here]
Well, i figured since i finally started to put on weight, id take some pics and see if anyone can see gains from my older pictures i posted here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...threadid=160141
those pictures are about 2 1/2 months old, and my user name used to be bigguilty... i know my gains arent incredible, but i have put on 10 pounds since those pictures...
5'8, 162 lbs. Sorry if posing isnt great, im not the best.
My workout routine for the past month and a half has been:
M- Chest
T - Back
W - Shoulders
Th - Bi's/Tri's
F- Off
Sat - Off
Sunday - Legs
Any critiquing is appreciated!

Yeah
Hit your lats, but your whole back in general. Also work your traps. Lats form the "v" shape that many people desire, and having good traps makes your neck and shoulders look better. If someone see's a guy with a wide back and traps, even if they dont literally think about those areas in their head, they will probably automatically think "that guy is an athlete"
Kid: *Looks at the veins in my arms* "WOAH! Are you on crack or something?!"
Personal Trainer: "Your veins are like pipes O_o...." :D
Age: 18, Height 5'7", Weight: 150lbs, ****type: Mesomorph, Fiber Type: Fast Twitch (Quit being anal, I know I have both.)
I've switched things up. Maybe I'll post some new maxes soon. (My size-strength ratio is so bad! :P)
