Ok Im new here please dont flame me. I have a question concerning my chest. Ive been lifting hard for about ten months in the gym. I currently way 175 and bench around 300lbs max. I only do chest once a week. My chest is enourmous for some reason. My nipples are also very large. Is it just my genetics or what? Im comfortable with it but I do get teased alot for it not that i care. Jus wonderin if any one has an explanation. Ive moved up about 10 lbs in bench in the last 4 months. I just dont seem to be growing nemore. If it matters b4 i started lifting I use to have bitch tits. LOL

training suggestion
Dont worry so much about your chest. Your body is developing and probably your getting good results of your lifting. My suggestion is to lift moderately heavy if you want to bulk and get stronger. Every person who trains has certain body features that grow better than others. If you want, focus on your legs, calfs, and delts. Also, incorporate deadlifts and squats for overall size and strength. You will be the strongest student in your school!
