It's not a scam if you require more nutrition than others to sustain yourself.

All of the Indian places stopped doing buffet around me, and it sucks because I can't get full for $10 like in the past

I'm generally pretty full after eating any item from a dinner menu at a restaurant

So it's not like I'm going to eat that much more at an all you can eat buffet.

Restaurants food would be much higher quality and I won't have to deal with waiting in line with other people who touch/cough on the food.

It’s not how much food you get, it’s about being able to pick and choose exactly what you want on your plate. Like what if you don’t want an entree and two sides. Maybe you just want a big pile of the side dish, or a bunch of random things that wouldn’t normally go together.

Golden Corral crew. But the last two groups I went with did it wrong and didn't eat much. I make sure I haven't eaten for a day and then have that as my only meal.
