Playing Forza 5 right now on the S89C and it is fan-fukking-tastic.
I tried to convince myself that gaming on a non-OLED was enough but no, there is no going back. They’ve changed things, forever.
If you’re playing games on non-OLED tech that’s lesser than 77 inches you’re straight fukking up.
The S89C is on sale now for $2000 which is, imo, the best possible picture that can be had at 77” at that price point.

Gaming on a 77” QD-OLED is insane.

I always used self emitting technology’s . Prior to oled I had plasma tv’s . Oled is amazing though , and hopefully I build a gaming station with an oled monitor. It’s interesting,as there was hardly any options for oled monitors just 3 years ago,now there’s more and more options thankfully.
I have a C1 65” in my living room , and my dream setup would be a 77 G3 ,as I love the look of the display flat on the wallMake Misc great again

Lmao theres no difference between a 42 inch OLED and 77 inch OLED if you sit at the same proportionate distance. Bigger is nice if you have a big living room and want to sit far away from the tv but dont lie to your self thinking it makes a difference if you sit closer to a smaller oled screen.
Yo yo yo I beez keepin it real since 02 fo real nowuimsayin

I looked it up - the Xbox Series X doesn't support Dolby Vision which I actually don't care about since the S89C doesn't support Dolby Vision anyways.
The other complaint is that the disc player is loud but still good to know that I can just use the Xbox instead of getting a dedicated 4K blu-ray player.
