More states will do it, and some might even be smart and do it much closer to the election itself. That way it doesn't have time to make it to the Supreme Court and be overturned. It would just be ruled unconstitutional after the fact, like multiple states had happen after the 2020 election and some of their special covid voting rules, but the results of the election will have already been decided.
