He has great genetics plus 10+ years of training + TRT (which is probably around 500 mgs of test a week at the very least im betting)


Regardless, even at such a low dose, it would make TREMENDOUS difference, and he cant longer say hes natural nor say he isnt "cheating". He isnt cheating because it aint a game nor hes competing with anybody, BUT, even actual, prescribed TRT you wouldnt be able to call yourself natural, at 250 mg a week you are going to have double or triple the test of most natural guys, and at 500 mg a week you gonna have 5x the amount that natural dudes have. No you arent using oral steroids or stronger compounds, just plain good ole basic "TRT", but still the difference between natural and a low dose of test, is HUGE.


Especially on guys that are hyper responders such as myself, and im guessing, Alan Ritchson too. Some guys will take months to notice difference from low dose test, and some other guys will notice a huge change in 2 weeks. Genetics play apart too even if that, so doses cant be always compared between two diff people.

Wherever someone says specifically that they don't take "steroids", they conveniently leave out all the other drugs that they could take for results. Test alone can make a huge difference, especially in high doses. Sarms, peptides, GH, etc. are never mentioned either.

Miscers gonna hate and say no way but I actually believe he could be telling the truth. The pic you posted is a favorable one. He has a decent amount of belly fat in reality and is not that dry and shredded. He's a big guy so the size comes naturally and without that extra cut aspect of his physique I do think he could be natty. Here's another pic of him that's less favorable. You have to understand he is going to be a big dude with or without gear and the softness accompanying his size makes me think natty may be true

Yup. No legitimate doctor would ever prescribe anything over 150-200mg weekly for "TRT". 500 isn't a "low dose" at all. Even half that would be more than anyone's TRT.
