About two weeks into my cut & 9 days no alcohol fuuuark
Face is visibly much leaner already and my skin is glowing srs, trimmed my beard to a little longer than stubble, feeling handsome boyos!! definitely benefiting already from the lowered carbs and no inflammation from alch.
My meals today and for every day the rest of the week till Sunday except maybe Thanksgiving idk yet
Meal 1; protein shake
Caramel rice cake
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
Cinnamon
Workout
Meal 2; 2 cans of tuna
2 tbsp low fat mayo
2 slices sourdough bread (210g)
Cherry tomato’s
Meals 3: 12oz ground turkey
110g sweet potato
Spinach
Meal 4; 12oz ground turkey
110g sweet potato
Spinach
Meal 5: 2tbsp peanut butter or an oz of cashews
Had about 3 liters of water today maybe more. Also ran 2 miles even though I technically don’t feel the need to start cardio until a few weeks I just wanted to see if I could, had about an 8 minute pace. Gonna see how quick I can get to a sub 6 mile srs

Nice bro. I think I'm gonna get through the holidays eating a lot of food and lifting heavy. then go into a cut after and continue trying to lift heavy. Would like to drop like 15-20 pounds. Dont really Wana get shredded but as lean as possible while still lifting for performance.

The only critique I would have is the breakfast.
The breakfast seems very insubstantial. If I don't have my usual breakfast (either oatmeal and protein powder, or a 4 egg omelette with slice of toast, bacon and avocado) I feel like utter shyte. I can't get through the day without a substantial breakfast.Back off, Warchild.

Had a sick ass gym sesh today. Pump was good despite low carbs
Been sticking to my diet I feel amazing. TBH, progress is coming along so well that I literally don’t even want to eat any thanksgiving food or desserts 100% srs. Zero craving to, I just wanna eat my tuna and sweet potatoes and ground turkey. But don’t wanna come across as a tryhard f ag or make my mom feel bad for not eating anything so I’ll have some, just gonna keep it light though.

That's the pros and cons of cutting. About the 2-3 week point when you get in the groove of things, it makes it harder to deviate because you're in a good rhythm. The sh!tty part is when this had happened to me in the past, I get the dopamine rush from the food and then can't stop. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Today I had
Black coffee
Meal replacement bar + cup egg whites
Workout
12oz ground turkey and 1/4 cup rice (measured dry) with veggies
Eating:
12oz ground turkey and a 1/4 cup rice (measured dry) with veggies
Gonna have a can of tuna, light mayo and some fruit before bed

I've overhauled my diet so right now it's similar to this:
Breakfast:
- 2 scrambled eggs in coconut oil
- Fruit
Lunch:
- 40 g Protein shake with 1 tbsp almond butter and almond milk
Dinner:
- Salad with tofu nuggets and ranch dressing.
- High fiber (17 g) cereal with almond milk so I don't wake up starving.
Maybe a banana or cheese stick as a snack if I'm hungry.Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.
