I just bought a bottle of whey powder. Should I mix it with hot or cold water? Is it okay to add milk?

I would not recommend hot water it will not taste to good. Mix it with cold water or milk.Originally posted by whtx

damn. i just did it with hot water and milk before i read your post. At first the powder wouldnt dissolve... So I had to pour it all into the blender. The blender took care of that issue but then the mixture has alot whole lot of pulp and bubbles. I tried stirring it and even taking it the pulp myself...
Is that how its suppose to be? After drinking that mixture, i feel extremely stuffed. lol
