Worse . I was looking for a iPhone charger when my 6’5 buddy suckered me in the back of the head when we were at Staples .
Been fighting a concussion ever since ,and nerve damage from the fractured vertebrae down my right arm .
Haven’t been pumping iron since the incident,as all it does is aggravate the damaged area .
Hoping in another year it heals. Seriously sucks having a gym and not being able to use itMake Misc great again

**** no OP, I’m 40 now, still lift and NEVER have neck or back pain. I have exceptionally good range of motion in my neck and back.
It’s just my lifestyle that I work on mobility 20 minutes or so per day. Go to chiropractor every two weeks. Get a massage every two weeks. Gotta maintain the body OP.
100% srs

He had new neighbours, and they turned him in for having 4 dogs ,as they were waking up his neighbours new born.
You’re only allowed to have a maximum of 3 dogs , so he was concerned he was going to have to move his 37 yo daughter out so she could take her dog until one passed away .
So instead of taking it out on his kids or wife, he just wound up and swatted me in the head when I wasn’t looking .
Was fuking excruciating pain .
I have atrial fibrillation and have to take blood thinners because I’m at a high risk of stroke .
But because he gave me such a bad concussion, I can’t take the blood thinners as my brain refuses to quit bleeding .
It’s a real catch 22 situation. So what I’ve been doing is taking 3 months off thinners , then retrying them again .
For over two years I’ve been fighting this problem and just went back on them yesterday, and am hoping I’m out of the woods .
I doubt it though , as I’ve still been very light headed without them . All the doctor said is I could be in a lot of trouble if it’s still an issue .
Like thanks captain obviousMake Misc great again
