So how's your weather been lately?

I’m in the northeast. So, warm and perfect today but the cold is coming. I’m trying to adapt to the darkness. Sometimes despite having enough VitD when the sun starts setting at 445pm. I feel a change in my whole ****. Almost like I enjoy lifting and pull-ups but want to do less cardio and while I typically never nap those football Sundays I can occasionally fall asleep during halftime of the 4pm games.
When I was younger I’d bulk up around Christmas and cut in spring.
Now, I’m a no avi semi lifter but I limit myself to an extent bc I try to keep my weigh down a bit as I age (205-ish at 6’3”)….also winter weather is fun as a dad. Gotta get my Chevie Chase on soon and get up those Christmas lights srs
