Often times when I talk about it nobody believes me lmao but I have no reason to lie to you guys I’m pretty open about it & am not trying to sell you guys anything, plus I’m honest about my other degen activities: About 150-200mg T - e per week, split into two shots per week from an insulin pin. Reason i stay between 150-200 is because I’d do about .35 of a cc per shot but it wasnt always exactly .35 sometimes .05 more sometimes .05 less etc, just hard to measure oil at that tiny amount and the difference is negligible. Any higher and my estro shoots pretty high and I absolutely hate taking AI & all it’s side effects

However I’ve done many compounds in the past mostly for experimentation, nothing ever crazy or higher than 500mg of anything though. Look much better on this amount than ever did on more, i attribute that to diet & training 1000% srs

Diet is immaculate when I’m focused, counted macros religiously for like 8-9 years now. I eat as “natural” and “organic as possible, minimal to zero dairy mostly meat, rice, fruits, nuts, eggs/egg whites, veggies. Protein is crazy high. Lots of water daily, zinc vitamin d3 & magnesium.

Lately have been having good success with fitness & connected with some super wealthy people who I help out so aiming to get back to a physique like this and really utilize it to make more money (no g4p lmao)

I have found dietary discipline to be outrageously difficult since semi retiring. Spending 3 days a week on golf course drinking beers has been a physique killer.

Different people respond differently. Some people need those doses just to get their T levels to 600 but I believe you.

What I don't believe is that looking like this again will get you money from super wealthy people without having to do g4p. My governor has a trainer that has a physique worse than mine (I still look like my avi) and that dude gets paid $500k a year and to top it all off I'd die of shock if the governor had ever lifted more than 20 lbs in his life. The dude looks like the definition of soft. If they like you they'll hook up with a cushy gig as long as you look more fit than the average person. No need to get that serious with it

I was probably around 201lbs in that pic. Thing is I went from 205 at a much higher bf to that at 201 over a couple months so my body essentially recomped slightly. I’m about 210 right now at a leaner bf than I was at 205, following the same process so aiming to be maybe 205-206 at that bf%

And yeah I’ve also found the hardest part about drinking is that you don’t wanna eat chicken and rice when you’re hungry, it’s always something greasy / unhealthy
