Been doing low carb/intermittent fasting since July. Lost 20 lbs of fat without doing any cardio or starving myself.
Still kinda sorta strong, I pulled a 505 lb deadlift on Wednesday.

Looking good. How low you want to go. Not number, but level of leanness? I think most people are off by at least double the amount of weight they have to lose to hit the visual goals they set in their mind. I was the same way too.
