So what do you people put your protein in because when i mix it with water it tastes like crap any suggestions?

i use water and add sugar free pudding mix. this is the ultimate way to make a protein shake taste great and add nearly negligable calories. I SWEAR BY IT!! also bump on using crystalite if you want a fruit flavored shake.

i drop a cup of milk, a banana, some ice, and some ovaltine, and some "egg beaters" into a blender, and then blend the protein...
it tastes pretty thick, and almost like a regular milkshake.. the only problem is if you dont drink it fast enough, the ice thats been crushed melts and it gets kind of watery.
otherwise its perfect.

i put my protein in absoloutley everything... i cook 95% of the food i eat myself so i just put in whats necessary/ viable for the recepie... some of my favourites would have to be pancakes, ( all sort of bready products are good - the powder works), homemade muesli bars and of course classic skim milk.

I put 2 scoops in 16 ounces of water,4 ice cubes, 1 banana, 2 scoops of lemon lime gatorade powder, and 1tbs of penut butter after i work out. Other wise I put 1 scoop in 16 ounces of milk, with 2 ice cubes, and 1tbs penut butter for a quick meal.
P.S. The problem might be with your brand of protien powder. Some taste MUCH better than others.

dude the fat from the peanut butter and **** will slow the digestion of it dude. I dunno how much difference this will make, but it is generally advised not to include fat in p/w shakes, cuz u want the protein fast.5'11", 187lbs, 19 y/o
