If U only care about aesthetics and lifting for girls/looking good
Is it harder? Does metabolism really slow down?
Can u look just as good as ur 20s lifting or will it be worse/not as good
Chestbrah, chris elkins, vipergq in their late 30s/ early 40s look decent but they are all prolly on roids
Jon skywalker 19 year old bod was better than his current
So I’m trying to figure out if I’ll ever look as my 19 year old ripped self at 30s
Is it even worth trying
What else am I suppose to do now if I work just as hard if not harder
Does test actually go down?
Am 23% bf and getting to 12% is so hard and slow
Would Zyzz look just as good now if not better
Can I have this bod and maintain it all in my 30s without steroids. This was Jon at 19

No. A lean build is better as too much stress and weight on the joints and ligaments will eventually cause problems down the line.
Ideally your bmi should be 22.

Want the blackpill? If you're natty, you're better off spending only 3-4 days in the gym to maintain strength/muscle mass and doing more cardio/getting leaner. Realistically, you're not going to get jacked AND ripped if you're natty unless you're down to be like most of the misc and be an autist with no social life/ability to meet women. At that point, your aesthetics will get you nowhere anyway (i.e. if a tree falls in the forest but nobody is around to hear it, did it make a sound?). You're basically choosing between being big and 17-20% bf or small and 10-14% bf. IME, women will prefer the later provided you aren't a complete twink muscle-wise.
I've gotten more attention and feel better when I train less and do more cardio/stretching. I now only lift 3ish times a week (5/3/1 boring but big, skip the deadlift day) and am focused on upping endurance. Since I'm still quite strong relative to my weight, I look better than most runners and I also haven't noticed it hampering my strength gains, since I'm not regularly running 10Ks like most runners are. The best part is I can eat a bit of junk food now too without blowing up

What's your obsession with all these rando no-name instagram dudes who have more cell tech than blood pumping through them?

I have I’ve been trying to get it back for the past 10 years but haven’t tbh
It’s smbarsssimg tbh
Injuries, being sick, school, work, junk food addiction caused me to get fat and lose it
I hope I can one day get my old bod back it’s literally ruining me until I do
For some reason getting fat as made it harder than just being skinny firstI don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

Being fit as you are older, you can pull easier. The competition becomes easier as you get older as most let themselves go.
As being natty, careful on bulking as it's harder to cut. When you reach your potential, there is zero reason to bulk anymore. It's just torture to cut 15-20 lbs for .5 lbs of extra muscle no one is going to notice anyway.
Then you just maintain with diet, cardio, and lifting just 2-3x week. Coast it and it becomes super easy.I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

You don't have to drink to have a social life. Idk where you're located and don't need to know. I have pretty much stopped drinking too (that + the extra sleep you get from no late nights at bars helps a ton with getting lean btw) and have realized I need to find activities that aren't solo and lend themselves to mixed gender groups. Things like hiking, rock climbing, salsa dancing. Even stupid chit like Pickleball will at least keep you active and not have you autisticly spending all your time alone in a gym with headphones on.
I had this problem too where I would spend so much time lifting, doing PPL 2x a week. Couple that with a stressful job and I realized that I could be as muscular, strong, and rich as I wanted, but it wouldn't mean chit if I had no social life/girlfriend. Being in a relationship isn't always fun, but being alone with no one to celebrate your work/fitness goals with is absolutely no fun either. I'd rather be less muscular, less rich, etc. and have a social life with non-social climbing/status-oriented people than be jacked/rich and either alone or with people that make me miserable.
Idk, I'm rambling now and this is beyond the scope of the post at this point. I'd just say if something isn't working, change it and there ARE avenues to making friends that go beyond the NPC bar/club culture.

I'm 36 now and am very glad I worked hard lifting in my mid 20's to earn my gains. I don't lift but I do run 3 miles Mon-Friday before work and have been able to maintain a lean/mildly muscular physique.
So its probably like the old analogy of planting a tree. The best time to have started was yesterday but the next best time to start is today.Live & Direct from rural Iowa- GBR
