I always drink milk before I go to bed. Lately I've changed that to a protein shake. Is there anything wrong with this? It's just Whey w/ Fat Fee or 1% milk. I've been working on lowering my fat but some around the belly will not go away...I was wonder if this might be my problem.

Personally I take HDT Pro Blend 55 before bed, it is a mix of proteins. Sometimes I'll buy milk isolate or caesin from protein customizer, and use that mixed with a little whey. I don't know how much of a difference it even makes, cause I used to use just milk and whey, and that's what I use when I run out of blend. I always add a little canola oil to my night time shake too so slow it down.

hey No Mercy, so you drink milk with whey as your late night shake. What is the time difference between casein and micellar casein? Wouldnt micellar last longer in your body then good ol milk?
