I started taking SX+LX about 2 weks now, SX started 1pill for 4 days and went 2 pill ED. LX started 2pills 1pill am and another 4 hours later for 4 days, then i changed it to 3 pills the same way 1 every 4 hours. Everything is working great as far as energy, BF being lost, not too much weight but BF definitely as i went down 2" off my waist.
However, about 4 or 5 days ago my palms started sweating all the time, i figured that since i gave up coffe 6 months ago, then i'm taking too much right now with my supplements and that is the reazon why. I search around and somewhat i am right but not anybody agrees with me. Is there anything else i should be worry about? I posted a similar thread couple of days ago but didn't get a feed back.
Also, This is what's bothering me the most, i am getting no sleep at all. By the time i fall sleep is 1am for the last 4 days, before it was actually 3am. By 6:30 7:00 the latest am already awake. No secret that a good night sleep is a must for anybody. I was thinking about lowering the doses by 1 pill in each supplement. Is that going to affect my results sice i'm taking less? Is there anything else i should try before droping the doses?

I ran this same stack for a full 30 days back in July. I took 1 SX and 3 LX daily. If you feel one SX is not enough take 1 pill upon waking up and then 4 hours later have a diet soda or something with a little bit of caff to give you the extra boost.
I lost over 20lbs in 4-5 weeks of this stack. It works no doubt about it.

Thats what I was going to recommend. Both ways either a few days off OR drop the dose on the SX by a cap.
Those are awesome results. Not a bad idea about adding in a small amount of caff a few hours later instead of taking an entire extra cap. Obviously 2 caps is just too much for the OP.Matt Cahill

Thanks!!! I will start tomorrow with only 1SX morning pill ED, Hopefully that with solve the sleeping problem if it doesn't then i will try 5on 2off. Hopefully this issue will go away, i really like the energy, focus and results i'm getting from this stack.
Wow, awesome, i really didn't have any issues with SX not being enough when i took 1 pill the first 4 days, i don't think i'm going to need caff. I was worry that my results might not be the same taking only 1 instead of 2. Got to have my sleep though. Thanks for your help. I wish i had the same result you had!!!! for some reason my weight is the same, my BF has to be lower since i'm 2 inches down on my waist. I'll take it, i've been on it for 2 weeks only.

If it wasn't for the sleeping problem which i'm hoping it will go away, i would say that it is probably the best stack i've done so far. Good energy, not jittery or anything like it, focus, not enough time to do everything i want to do, used to do cardio daily for about 20-30 minutes, now i do 40 minutes in the morning when i finish my weights and another 30 minutes after dinner. i spent 3 years without any kind of Exercise, used to take supplements before and never had any issues with it, i guess the caff was too much.

Have your craving for food decreased for you at all? That was the biggest thing for me on the stack. I really had no desire to eat at all and had to force protein and healthy fats through out the day.
Keep pushing yourself and remember results take time. You are using 2 highly rated products and once you get the doseage right everything will start to click for you.

Definitely, i actually set up my blackberry alarm every 2 1/2 hours to remind me that i have to eat, i went to walmart's to pick some Omega-3 since i was running out and i bought some EAS carb control bar protein which wasn't that bad, but after the 2nd bar i ate literally have to force it down my throat. I do 1 meal a week where i eat whatever i want including dessert usually on Saturday, i told my wife to go ahead and do some chicken breast because i didn't feel like going out for dinner. Also, i went to walmart to buy groceries for my family and i spent 25% less of what i usually do just because i didn't feel like eating. Really good products, and i know lots of diet, cardio and overall discipline. Supplements will help but they won't do miracles. Really appreciate your comments. Best of lucks!!!
