My mom's corporate building has payments coming up for their utilities and she still hasn't received money for that, and also hasn't received payments to pay the cafeteria owner.

Wouldn't have happened any different. If anything it wouldn't have been as bad because if a dem was in there, then the conservatives would have fought back way harder.
