Use 2 lbs meat and combine with minced veges (onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper).
Use 1lb of that mix and combine with bread crumbs, eggs, and various Meatloaf seasoning. Top with bbq sauce and bake.
Throw a mix of cheap large diced veges coated in seasoning and olive oil like carrot, zucchini, eggplant, potato, peppers, etc. On a sheet tray and bake.
Use other 1lb of meat from above with Minced veg but instead use breadcrumbs, egg, ricotta, and Italian seasoning and make meatballs. Buy a good good jar of sauce to finish them in after browning them off.
Boil a box of pasta al dente..
Use remaining .68 lbs and mince super fine and cook to crispy in a pan. mix with gochijong Korean paste + soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar or sweet element.
Throw in a bag of frozen veg (but fresh broccolini, sliced carrot, edamame, and snap peas are preferred).
Serve over rice.
Using the above you could turn that 3lbs of meat into 3 different very nice dinners that would each have 3+ servings. Basically you'd ne fed for a week with tasty and uniquely different food.

Hamburger ala king.
Fry the burger and add some four and milk to make gravy.
Add in a bunch of veggies, I just use frozen mixed veg.
Keep stirring over heat until the gravy is nice and thick. Of course add a ton of spices to taste, otherwise it will just taste like plain hamburger meat in milk.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Delicious and makes a lot."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

Stir fry with veggies and sauce; fast and easy.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
