    The chit they give to poor people is insane, whats even crazier is people dont realize fast food is filled with so much sodium, persavtives and processed ingredients that will destroy your immune system, and digestive tract. The majority of working people eat fast food daily and develop GERd.

    I see so many people when I go to buffets with TUMS on their table.

Anyways, 20 years old, has neurolgical problems now, and now he has to go to the cardiologist every week because he's having heart issues. He won't make it to 30 and I'd bet on that. I'd be surprised if he makes it to 25.
    Hopefully that documentary is not vegan propoganda. I kind of do believe that having a high amount of "good" plant products is good for you and aging based on some studies and anti-aging experts (brad stanfield, david sinclair). even Joleen Diaz does juice cleanses and stays away from red meat for the most part.

    However, when eating red meat I feel a lot stronger in the gym and have better gains, better body composition. it may be broscience, or may be the basis of the Vertical Diet

    yeah nobody is going to eliminate it unless they are like Amish or something where they make their own foods, and don't use harsh additives and chemical alternative flavorings, preservatives and colors.

    The goal is to limit them, like you can drink them sodas once in a while just not 4 times a day, I remember when DIET soda was popular in the 80s and 90s there was a guy who claims it increased the breast cancer in a lot of women, he couldn't prove it but he found a lot of his female patients were drinking Diet sodas multiple times a day thinking it was healthy. Most people are fooled by the marketing just because something is diet doesn mean its healthy I still dont get why they call it Diet Soda, misleading cause the chemicals they add can cause harm to your intestines and gut and cause inflammation if you drink it daily

    i have eliminated 99% i only cook 1 hour every other day its not hard. put the breadmaker on once a week for olive oil bread takes like 5 minutes.

    Doesnt Australia have stricter rules against certain additives in foods? In USA they pretty much allow every toxic chemical preservative, dye, artificial flavoring etc lol they want us sick here

    I think in Europe they dont allow high fructose corn syrup, and certain dyes or food colorings.

    your body treats high fructose corn syrup the same as any other sugar. the real impact of HFCS is that it was cheap and thus economic to add to everything, increasing sugar consumption. "natural" aka plain sugar isnt any better for you, its all bad for you
