For those who have not used this before, I just made a YouTube video explaining it. However, the tool itself is rather simple and straightforward to use, so no need to watch my video first; you can refer to it if anything is confusing. May be fun to play around with.
Do realize that the underlying data for the tool came from populations that did not use high protein diets or resistance training, so the body fat % aspect of it will likely not be accurate for those who consume high protein and engage in resistance training regularly.
