    The cut on peoples abs...

    What can i do to get more of a defined cut along the hip bone? The v type taper in the lower abs, I hope im explaing this well enough.

    structure there, as well as anywhere else on your body, is pretty genetic. Lose some more fat, and if you're already really low then you'll have to make do with what you have because your body is shaped the way its shaped.

    Anything that works rectus abdominis and TVA will help to hypertrophy the abs and make them stick out more.

    Hanging leg raises, crunches while abdominal bracing, laying on your back while abdominal bracing and flexing at the shoulder and extending at the hip are all good exercises for it.
