I was 220+ lbs, 5'8, 30+% bodyfat. I was fat my whole life. I then ketoed one summer, and lost about 50lbs. I went down to 170 at 13% bodyfat, then bulked. I am not at 205 at 15% bodyfat. I don't really know how pros were when they were younger, but a lot of them say they used to be icked on n **** cus they were so small which is why thy started.

uhh lets see i first learned the basics of weight lifting when i was 12 with my pops i was probably around 5'3-5'5 165lbs of fatness...now im 16 years old 5'7 160-165lbs of less fatness more muscle, i never consistently lifted weights because of injuries that kept me out of the gym and school interfered, this summer was probably the only time i was able to workout consistently for more then a month, but now that school has started i took 2 weeks off at one point becuase i had to play catch up in school and i usually miss a day or 2 of lifting each week now, sucks but im workin on it.

It really annoys me when people say what bodyfat they are when they show a pic and obviously are not. 1% body fat is not possible. I believe i heard once that you actually need fat around your organs to protect them otherwise you could possibly die.
