Not enough info
Is there a strike on the primer?
Is it on safe?
Is the decocker mechanism stuck upright?
Is the round seated (and all that goes with that)?
I could list more but you're wasting everyone's time by just being a "gun owner."

Water contamination. Is it humid there?
Check the round to see if the pin hit it. Could be the primer.
Do you load it yourself?
Just a single round or a number of them? If more than one, from the same lot?I only read thread titles and my own posts.

Try different 9mm ammo.
If it happens with other ammo, something is not striking the primer, or not striking it sufficiently.
Look for any firing pin indication on back of the failed ammo. Is there an indentation from the firing pin?
I'm not too familiar with SA/DA hammer fired firearms, but just throwing out my guess.I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

Could be both of these, I've also seen a firing pin 'go dull' after a good bit of corrosion (80 year old piece ish). Basically it gets so blunt such that it wont land with enough force to trigger the primer - as the pin gets corroded, the point is no longer a point and its wont land with enough force.
