Yea hes an idiot.
Lifting 600lbs and moving 6 inches DOESNT count as actually lifting it....anybody can SUPPORT weight....but actually using full range of motion is where you need to be!!

im not goin to lie but you guys are IDIOTS!!! There is a lift called box squats where you sit down on a box or if you dont want to put strain on your back when you sit you can hit the "oh **** bars" like he is. I did this freshman year for my football workout and it is really tuff because you can put so much more weight on. If you have ever heard of B.F.S. (bigger, faster, stronger) pretty much what what put Nebraska on top of the charts in the 70's...box squat is a core lift on that program.
