On October 10th I started a cycle of PRIMOTEST and EQUILONE from LMR Sports. I weighed 194 at 12.1% bodyfat.

I have a thread detailing my entire program as well as a daily log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...0&pagenumber=1
Over the past 3 weeks I lost 2.5" in my waist, and gained 1/4" in most of my girth measurements, even my calves and forearms. My strength also went through the roof. Since my original goal was to get my body fat down to 5.9%, I'm continuing my cycle of PRIMOTEST and EQUILONE. I'll occassionally update this thread with pictures as I continue incinerating body fat.

not to downplay any your gains...but 9lbs. of muscle in 3 weeks?? thats impossible bro...most pros might make those gains in a year... i think dexter jackson put on something like 15-20 lbs. over a year (not natural of course). so to say that you've put on that much muscle sounds like one of those advertisements in a magazine..let alone misleads any newbies who have just started lifting

You can definitely tell there's a difference in depth in the middle of your abdominals. Your body composition changes are noticeable however I am skeptical myself if the body can go through such a change even with a lil legal anabolic assistance.
Regardless, great job will the improvements! Your pec looks great as well. I couldn't even tell which one was injured until i had to read an older post.

i really dont see much of a difference ?
you're supposed to be 7.5 % BF there, it doesnt look like it
sloan6P - As far as the 9 pounds of muscle thing, maybe I should say 9 pounds of lean mass. Maybe it's pure muscle, maybe it's not. As far as what's impossible I've heard people claim to gain 14 pounds of pure muscle in 2 weeks on some heavy gear cycles. Another friend of mine said he gained 7 pounds of pure muscle in a week from a single injection of Parabolin and eating like a maniac, so it's not impossible. As far as Dexter Jackson, the guy is already seriously pushing his genetic limit so it's going to be a lot harder for him to gain muscle no matter what he does. It's a lot easier to go from 18" arms to 19" arms than it is to go from 22" arms to 23" arms. As far as me misleading anybody, I went from 12.1% body fat to 7.5% body fat while remaining 194 pounds. I measured my body fat the exact same way each time. Do the math and see what it adds up to, I'm not misleading anybody.
amusclehead - You must be blind. There is an obvious difference in the amount fo fat on my abdominals. I lost 2.5" on my waist. I also think there's a pretty significant difference in my quads and calves sizewise, especially for only 3 weeks.Last edited by freaker; 11-03-2003 at 10:24 PM.

I think it would be better if you took your pics from a bit farther of a distance. It is easier to see detail from a farther distance. Good job dude with your body...its the pics that need some touching up with.

I have other pics posted in my other thread. My before and after on some of my back pics shows a pretty good difference. I'm honestly not too hot on my side ab and front double bicep after shots because I really wasn't posing that great in those. Anyway, once I get down under 6% body fat(which will be very soon), the difference will become much more obvious as my abdominal skinfold only went from 19mm to 12mm. My lower abs are one of the last places I lose fat, so once I go under 6% and the abdominal skinfold goes into the single digits that's when it will really start showing. When I did Superbody in 2001, I had a 6mm abdominal measurement at 3.8% body fat and a 27" waist, just to give people an idea of what to expect from me in the next month. Remember, I'm still stacking PRIMOTEST and EQUILONE and following the same training, diet, and supplementation program that caused me to lose 9 pounds of fat in the last 3 weeks. Another 3 weeks and I should be nasty shredded.

I like you and have always respected your knowledge and exertise. That said..something does not add up here...you look identical in both pics,at first i thought this was a hoax/joke and was looking at your shoelaces to see if the pics were actually taken on the same day.
No way are you 7.5 bf that is just not possible.
Don't get pissed i'm just calling it as i see it bro

Sorry man, but i dont take that you made those changes in that sort of time, even on juice you would be pushing it, you keep talking about the supplements your using like your advertising the ****. And if it does do what you claim, maybe you should let some ifbb pros know about it, so they wouldnt have to sacrifice there health using juice.

Okay, I figured I'd put my two cents in. freaker, you've always been an inspiration to me being so big since you're my height. Now, the pics at first glance.. and maybe even second glance look virtually the same, BUT if you notice, it is CLEARLY evident that he lost size in his waist. He didn't lose much bodyfat in his abdominals, but he lost it from his obliques and lower back big time. His waist looks tighter. As he said, he loses bodyfat from his lower abdominals last. And also, remember that there is some error in doing bodyfat testing with calipers, so it is possible he isn't EXACTLY 7.5%. Either way, you're still lookin huge freaker. I hope you get to have that tendon in your chest reattached so you can compete again. Good luck with leaning out. Later.

Here's an update. After slacking last weekend on the diet, I got back to it on Monday. I also ate a lot of beef for my protein sources. I started back with the carbs late Thursday by adding tortias in to my diet. I made some great tacos with all that lean ground beef. I continued with more beef and tortias on Friday trying to get plenty of carbs in for the Slayer concert I went to that night. I didn't have time for either my cardio or leg workout on Friday, but I did manage to take a quick picture and get my weight and body fat. My weight was up to 196, my bodyfat was down to 7.2% because my abdominal skinfold was down 1mm to 11mm. My waist was also down a 1/4" to 30.75" and my arms are up to 18.25". I had jeans on in this picture, but you can see the area under my obliques, right at my hip bone on the corners of my waist is clearly defined. There may be fat to the front and sides still, but no fat at the point of the hip bone. I also upped my dosage on PRIMOTEST and EQUILONE to 11cc of each per day. I figured it that I was getting used to it and it was time to shock my system. I'm also using the new prototype for our Ehpedra Free CLEN CAPS. 3 caps have 450mg of green tea extract standardized for 50% caffeine, evodiamine, octopamine, AKG, and some other various ingredients. 3 of them wake me up more than 2 of the regular CLEN CAPS. I'm going to start stacking 2 regular CLEN CAPS with 2 of the Ephedra Free CLEN CAPS as of Monday morning.

One thing I will ask though, is why not have your photographer take a step back.100% Natural Bodybuilding!

The Slayer concert on Friday was a workout in and of itself. I made it to the dead front row within 4 songs by using the push from the mosh pit and my lower body strength to anchor myself in further and further towards the front. Once I got a spot no one was pushing me back. My upper abdominals are still sore as **** from being pushed into the guard rail at the front, and my triceps and forearms are pretty bruised as well. I probably torched all my glycogen just getting to the front and had to be burning muscle to meet my body's demand for ATP as I had to defend my front row spot and I was still moshing even in the dead front row. It was definitely a situation of pulling energy out of my ass as I was soaked from sweat and dizzy after the concert was over. Afterward, I went home and made a recovery shake, then I went walking through the woods to see if I could get a pcitures of the big fox I saw there last week. After that I did 6 sprints on a nearby soccer field, had another recovery shake, and went to bed. I ate a pizza on Saturday and did my usual intense leg workout a few hours later. I was stronger than ever even though my hip flexors are now killing me from the concert, the sprints, and the weights. I also ate General Tso's chicken later that night. My diet was a little better today, athough I used some of the 20 ounces a steak I cooked up for the Bucs game to make a fajita with cheese. I think I would've lost more fat if I would have stuck with the diet more last weekend, and all the crap I ate this weekend will probably have a similar effect. Still, if I can lose another 1/4" off my waist this week, that's still progress. I'm going to stick with the diet the next few weeks because I really want to get my body fat down and have a 27" waist again.

Didn't mean to insult you, relax for crying out loud. I just suggested that you take the picture from a bit differently. That way you would not have all these people complaining that they see nothing. You do want promote your products as being beneficial..right? I never knew that you were working in very limited space here. Relax a bit would you? You do have a point that I overlooked. In that taking pictures consistently is a big key when taking before and after pics.

I see you are getting all upset, but sorry to break it to you dude, but you didn't lose 5% bodyfat between those two pics and there is nothing you can do with the camera that will change that. You look much chunkier than me in the second one and I am not 7.5% BF. So I would go and remeasure that and once again, not and insult here, but you aren't cut, though you can see your upper abs. But you still have the spare tire thing going on and have that soft, bulky look to you. Good luck cutting!!!
