Awful video. So many things wrong with this. I read the article about it. This guy died from severing his spinal cord and vertebral artery. Guy was doing it for the gram. He pretty much decapitated himself right there. Feel awful for everyone involved but there is so much hubris in that video.

Those reddit commenters clearly do not lift. When was the last time you say ANYONE squat with three people spotting in the gym? If anything grabbing three people in a random commercial gym will most likely not squat in unison and probably tap the weights and knock the balance
