Protein:
Whey protein
Chicken breast
Salmon or any fish w/ omega 3 fatty acids
Egg whites
Lowfat/nonfat cottage cheese (unless you want to cut out dairy)
Lean beef (although I don't usually eat it when I'm trying to lose fat)
Carbs:
Green vegetables (broccoli,spinach,asparagus,etc.)
Oats (not instant, steel-cut is best)
Brown rice
Fats:
Raw almonds and other raw nuts
Flax seed/oil
Fish oil
And of course WATER!
