What's the best one can expect from an online PT in the $200/week range??

What level of involvement can someone realistically expect online? Detailed diet plans? Watching regular videos of the client's workouts to comment on form? How many emails or texts - a once a week overview, or workout by workout? How does an online trainer help with things like mind-muscle connection? How well are they able to really *push* someone to their limits?

Im an online coach, $200 is typically what you pay per month.
I provide custom nutrition, supplementation recs, weekly workouts and weekly check-ins.
A lot of the willpower has to come from the client. If a client needs to check in more regularly to stay on track, I allow that. Plus any questions that come about during the week

In the $200/week range, an online PT can offer remarkable support! Expect personalized diet plans, form feedback through videos, and regular communication. They'll motivate you to surpass limits, fostering a powerful mind-muscle connection!
