when i weighed 250, and dropped down to about 157 i was in the same shape as you..i was thin but still had all that fat from rapid weight loss. Ovr the years i went back and forth on diets that didnt seem to work until i really got into nutrition about 2 years ago.. now im about 175 at 9% bodyfat, and yes i still have a little excess skin that probably needs surgery to get rid of. I think you need to focus on the nutrition part more, build some muscle mass and watch the fat cells shrink. good job though
