Talking I need lipo!

just want to share my current pic.

after a 6 weeks of diet (4 weeks which is not clean though) i lost 11lbs of my weight.

3x a week cardio, mountain biking for 1.5 hrs total & playing basketball.

do I still have a chance to ger rid of these loose fats by doing cardio and a clean diet?

Probably you need to include weight training 2x a week and apply body moisturiser on your body before sleep. The cream may help tone up your loose skin.

when i weighed 250, and dropped down to about 157 i was in the same shape as you..i was thin but still had all that fat from rapid weight loss. Ovr the years i went back and forth on diets that didnt seem to work until i really got into nutrition about 2 years ago.. now im about 175 at 9% bodyfat, and yes i still have a little excess skin that probably needs surgery to get rid of. I think you need to focus on the nutrition part more, build some muscle mass and watch the fat cells shrink. good job though
