If you need a emotion-motivational push to do something - you won't be able to do it continuously and stably.
Instead, you need to work on your discipline, to do things you don't want.
You don't have to wait for a sudden inspiration to start working out, for epic music, etc. You just have to.
Another important point that prevents you from working out is high expectations you put on yourself and "workout programs".
You expect to do a certain amount of repetitions and exercises and this scares you off, so you don't even do a half of it - you don't want to be failure and as result avoid the workout. But half of it is better than nothing.
So in order to not skip workouts - don't pressure yourself, do not set unrealistic expectations, do not put yourself in boundaries. Do as much as you want and do not workout with some random program that does not reflect your feelings and body and sets you expectations of how much you must do in order to be a good person.
The only way to do something continuously - is to do it comfortably and healthy. Without mental stress, without being morally traumatized after the training.
Do not fall a victim of "work 1000 hours a day, sleep 1 second per week" culture.
Just be happy and live in harmony with yourself and what you do, with the way you approach to training.
