    I have to take 7 medications everyday, and schedule blood work appointments regularly, I tried to get on TRT because my test is borderline but the doctor refused.

    Thats right bro, I'm not hurting anyone except myself occasionally, lol.

    Wanting too much too fast I guess, Mark Rippetoe says to add weight every training session so thats what I was trying to do, I used to lift so it was coming back pretty fast.
