Go pay $30-$40/month for a gym bro training at home is stupid you are limiting yourself to just free weights

He doesnt need your advice man trust me. Hes biologically programmed to make poor choices and nobody can change that. Nobody that is poor, jobless and morbidly obese should be giving a **** about his strenght PRs (which are also terrible btw lol), but he's just programmed to fail in general.

Imagine a guy on his 30s, no job no money, 5'2" in height, posting progress pictures and videos about his basketball skills(which are close to non-existant) and saying how thats currently "his main focus" lol. OP focusing on strenght right now is THAT ridiculous.

I have to take 7 medications everyday, and schedule blood work appointments regularly, I tried to get on TRT because my test is borderline but the doctor refused.

Wanting too much too fast I guess, Mark Rippetoe says to add weight every training session so thats what I was trying to do, I used to lift so it was coming back pretty fast.
