Sorry bro, when I was using warm up weight I don't take plates off I just put more on.
Got bad heat rash, maybe you're referring to the bruise, I'm on blood thinners and seem to bruise easy. If you're wondering why they were shaking so much in the beginning its because I was trying to get them spaced apart perfectly.

Ok, you are actually retarded. Drop the ego. I gave you legit advice. 4-6 weeks of that lift as an assistance lift and all your weakness would be strengthened. You have literally beginner lifts and are already starting way too heavy with piss poor form.
And a 400lbs deadlift that you could do in the past was still 1x body weight and is not impressive unless you are a 150lbs 5'4 woman.
Good luck with your good morning squats.

Not everyone is an elite level powerlifter bro, I've only been back into lifting for 36 days, I pulled 365 for 5 the same workout today and it was easier than the squats, lol wtf bro, I'm not 400lbs I'm 248 but I got something funny going on with my gut so some of that weight isn't legitimate, my surgeon and pharmacist insist its one of my meds that I'm cycling off of cuz it has a high risk of weight gain and I've been taking it for 10 years now. I have beginner lifts because I'm a beginner bro, as long as I'm hitting depth in my squat it would count in a competition.
