    diet software/programs?

    I'm looking to get a diet program or software...

    I've heard of one called "fitday"

    and another called "nutrisystem" however I can't find this one on the net, I find some premade meals program...

    any one have any ideas? or know any good ones...

    i'm just looking for something that I can put my food in and it will break down the nutritional info and what not...

    Nutrisystem is a diet where the company makes packaged meals for you, and they deliver them to your door. I think it goes by, low gi carbs with high protein and low fat. I think your best bet would be on fitday.com. It calculates out everything for you.

    I agree, I use the calorieking program on the computer also. I used to use fitday.com and this program is a ton faster for me.
