I've never taken it, but I've heard of people's results who have though. Cytodyne's MyoBlast, Biotest's Myostat, and the CSP3 that's in Pinnacle's Juiced Protein, all the same. And all are rather ineffective.
People who actually commited their time, patience, and money (at least 2 months straight) and didn't use other supplements except maybe protein and multi's, reported very little change. Nothing that you couldn't accomplish in at least 2 months time with better supplements and/or hard work with smart nutrition.
Hope that helps. The journey of 10,000 miles begins with the first step.

Looks so wonderful on paper, but has NEVER been proven to work in humans. If it did, we would have many more Ronnie Colemans running around. Save your cash.

all the claims they make are based on research done with mice and cattle that were BORN WITHOUT a myostatin GENE. None of them are from blocking receptors. Dave P AKA: Anabolic Freak in MD talked about there being an enormous amount of ways that myostatin works and that it is imposible to block all of these. Basically the product is BOGUS!
