It's uncharted meets resident evil meets call of duty with magnificent graphics, story, voice acting, music, you name it. There's very intense horror scenes that feel like silent Hill, big time action scenes like call of duty and overall epicness of uncharted
I just beat it, soooooo much fun

RE4 is my favorite game of all time. I’m actually buying a new Xbox just to play the remake (srs).
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

it didn't bother me tbh, it's also only Ada that really sticks out and she has only 3-4 scenes
Leon, Ashley and Luis are fine and that's already 85% of the VA
it does have a "good lenght" for replaying since a playthrough is quite manageable
also new game+ for chits and giggles since you keep resources+++ miscin' at work crew +++

And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.

Wow this red actually created a quality thread that I completely agree with. The game is the best remake ever made. It’s different enough to feel like a completely new game though, so don’t think you’d just be paying for new graphics, this is well worth the money. The original was already a 10/10 perfect game and this is actually even better.

I found the remake of RE2 to be quite spectacular. That was one of my favorite games as a kid, playing the N64 version in my living room and renting it so often that I was able to clear it in 2-3.
I thought the RE3 remake was decent, definitely not as good. I'll try the RE4 remake once it's on discount. I was never able to get into the original RE4.*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

Will play it after my Forbidden West run. I like to play a smaller game or two in between bigger ones. Will probably play Dead Space first then RE4. Never played either original before so I'm peppering my angus for max fear.

I’m playing dead space remake for the first time right now 5 hours in, and although it’s a good game, I can’t help but think at times while I’m playing it about finishing it so I can play new game + on RE4. Can’t help it. I felt the the same way while playing TLOU remake. Again even though they are good games, the feeling and experience just doesn’t compare to RE4 remake.
I think it was a mistake to play RE4 before those two."Even through the darkest days, this fire burns, always."

Nice man. Glad both games are different enough to provide two unique experiences. Will definitely play both.
Lol'd. Okay you're right. Whenever I'm done with FW and Burning Shores I'll go right into ER. Then I'll play a couple shorter games before finally playing Ragnarok.
Get what you're saying but my advice is to remember RE4 isn't leaving you. You can and will play it again. Just remember that you only ever get one opportunity to experience a new game for the first time. Dead space and TLOU 2 aren't really long games and they both have tons of amazing moments and lore. Take your time and enjoy them.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
